We want you to be happy with your Whistytwig purchase. If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we are happy to accept a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

• To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must not have been damaged, modified or altered.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging and included accessories.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

The customer is responsible for the return postage or freight costs associated with a change-of-mind return.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return has been approved. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding any original delivery or shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an unused product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. The original product must meet the conditions outlined above. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any additional freight costs associated with sending the replacement product may also apply.

PRODUCTS THAT ARE FAULTY OR DAMAGED

Our change-of-mind return conditions do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your Whistytwig product is faulty, defective, damaged on arrival, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet your consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at sales@whistytwig.com.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
